Pathway to Jesus Mission Trip

Mission trip to the Pathway to Jesus School in the Dominican Republic.

Pathway to Jesus is a Christian school located in the outskirts of Santiago, Dominican Republic. Its mission is to provide an excellent Christian education, giving each child and their family the opportunity to know Christ. The school presently offers PK3 – 6th grade and ministers to children from lower to middle income homes, many of which aren’t Christian. The Pathway to Jesus school provides a healthy, safe environment where students can grow academically, emotionally, socially and above all spiritually.

A team will be sent down this October to get to know the ministry and those involved, as well as be the hands and feet of Jesus to the staff, students, and families of Pathway to Jesus. The team will have the opportunity to organize and facilitate a “Fun Day” for the students, as well as lead a special chapel and craft. They will also help gather letters and photos for all the sponsored children. There may be additional projects or requests along the way as well, such as construction work, painting, maintenance or cleaning. There will also be an opportunity to participate in an excursion to enjoy God’s beautiful creation and embrace the culture of the country.
