Joni & Friends Family Retreat
Donate to the Family Retreat Scholarship Fund
To help defray the registration costs for volunteers and families who attend Faith Church.
Volunteer to Serve as an STM (short-term missionary) for a week:
We would love to have any Faith Church congregant (age 16-and-up) join our serving team for the Joni & Friends Family Retreat happening at Maranatha Bible Camp in Muskegon, MI the week of June 12-16, 2023 (“Michigan Family Retreat 2”).
The week entails being paired with an individual with special needs to support them and their family in having an unforgettable, spiritually-nourishing, community-building, vacation-type experience.
Cost for this trip is $515. Limited scholarship funds are available for volunteers from Faith Church: Click here to apply.
STEP 1: Apply to be an STM with Joni & Friends
Click “Apply as a volunteer”, and look for “Michigan Family Retreat- Week 2.” Then follow the steps in the application.
STEP 2: Notify Faith Staff that you’ve signed up
We will get your t-shirt size and give you details regarding our team meeting
Sign up to create a welcome gift basket for a family:
Adopt a family attending Week 2 by creating a welcome gift basket for when they arrive. Welcome baskets are a fun part of welcoming each family to a week of being loved, accepted and pampered. Thank you for sharing God’s love in this way.
