While our culture’s influence is often centered around Silicon Valley, Hollywood or Washington, D.C., the Kingdom of God exercises humble influence to transform the world beyond the superficial. That’s the space where disciples of Jesus find themselves: being influenced by Jesus, and, in turn, influencing others. The life of humility through submission to Christ’s ways, living into the gifts of the Spirit, paves a way to influence others in a radically different way.
