Faith Church Family & Friends,

In late 2025, our beloved Senior Pastor Bob Bouwer shared with the Board his intention to retire from full-time ministry at Faith Church in the spring of 2027. While this marks the start of an important transition, it is also an opportunity for us to reflect with deep gratitude on Pastor Bob’s faithful leadership over the past 36 years. 

To prepare for this transition, the Board formed a Succession Task Force, which began meeting in January 2026. Since then, the Task Force and the Board have been prayerfully working to establish a Search Committee to guide the process of discerning who God is calling to serve as the next senior leader. Our hope is to identify this individual by Fall 2026, allowing for a thoughtful and intentional transition alongside Pastor Bob.

We ask for your prayers during this time – for Pastor Bob and his family, the Board and Search Committee, and for the direction of Faith Church. Pray that the Holy Spirit would guide this process with wisdom and discernment at every step. We trust that God will continue to lead Faith Church faithfully into the future He has prepared.
