Leadership Next | Scripture Reference: 1 Timothy 3:1-13
Discuss the following questions with your Small Group:

  1. Share some examples of a healthy Christian leader?  What defines a Christian leader?
  2. Give examples of unhealthy traits of a Christian leader?
  3. Read 1 Timothy 3:1-13.  Share the qualities of an Elder and Deacon that stand out to you in this verse.
  4. What do Acts 6:1-7; Titus 1:1 & Peter 5:1-5 say about Elders and Deacons?.
  5. The characteristics and qualities of an Elder and Deacon are also good for all followers of Jesus to apply to their lives. Share which one’s are currently evident in our walk.  Which attributes do you feel you could benefit?
  6. Take some time to pray for our Pastors, Elders, Deacons and others in your Small Group to continue to be transformed by Christ..
