Discuss the following questions with your Small Group:
- In verse 35, Jesus says: “I AM the bread of life.” The chapter begins with Jesus feeding the 5,000, and then He walks on water. In Moses’ day, the people experienced the miracle of manna from heaven and the walking on dry ground through the sea. It could be that the people think of Jesus as the Prophet that Moses spoke about [Deuteronomy 18:15]. How is Jesus more than than I prophet? Or how do we see that He is greater than Moses?

C. S. Lewis made the claim that Jesus is either, a Liar, a Lunatic or the LORD. Explain why Lewis’ statement is important in light of Jesus’ claims in verses 35-40.
