  1. What personality traits or strengths did you acquire from your family?
  2. When do you feel the most loved by God and by others?
  3. How does God demonstrate His love to us in v. 9?
  4. How does love for one another connect to our assurance?  Read 1 John 11, 19,,21.
  5. What does John say about fear in v. 18?
  6. What is your biggest challenge when it comes to loving someone? How does this passage teach you to overcome that challenge?  How can you apply love this week  and overcome your challenge?
